Fabian is a highly skilled certified dental technician who graduated as the best of his year in Düsseldorf, Germany. His education in dental technology, combined with his later studies in physics (M.Sc.), has given him a deep understanding of both the practical and theoretical aspects of science and technology.
With extensive experience, Fabian has worked across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He lived several years in Austria and Switzerland and appeared as an international speaker and industry expert.
Fabian has a strong specialization in digital technologies and CAD/CAM technologies. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in service, consulting, training, and sales, most recently as Managing Director of a leading provider of digital implantology in Switzerland.
Today, Fabian is connected and collaborates with experts from a range of disciplines and countries to push forward innovations in modern dental solutions. His primary focus lies in high-quality fixed ceramic dental restorations, where he is dedicated to advancing cutting-edge solutions for patients around the world.

Inessa Tsay is a skilled Marketing Manager with a focus on the medical field, specializing in dental technology, MVZ start-ups, and RX/OTC marketing. With over 8 years of experience in online marketing, including expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social, she has successfully executed campaigns across industries such as dietary supplements, fashion, and healthcare, driving sales promotion, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Inessa holds a Communications degree from LMU and is recognized for her ability to develop tailored, innovative marketing strategies while analyzing complex markets to ensure business success. At FAIN Dental, Inessa’s role extends beyond marketing, as she also oversees financial matters, contributing to strategic decision-making and financial management. Her well-rounded skill set makes her an invaluable asset to the team, and she is committed to helping FAIN Dental continue to grow and innovate in the dental industry.
